Theses Drones At Gatwick
Only in this limp wristed Liberal country, won't be shot down as a stray bullet might have collateral damage, meanwhile this country is brought to its knees

Could you ever imagine ANY other civilised country that would worry about such sh*te ?, they would obliterate the drones out of the sky.

Yes I was at Gatwick dropping my Mrs off this morning, suffice to say I had to bring her back

Why don't the airport send up their own drone to bring it down?

they wouldn't shoot them down, even in the gun toting US of A. Probably something to do with shooting bullets in the air at airports!

Drones?

You mean those things the military pumped billions of taxpayers money into developing so they could create mayhem around the world are being used to create mayhem?

Who'da thunk?

Re: Theses Drones At Gatwick
Not for the first time these things have caused a nuisance at Gatwick. Idiots pointing lasers at landing planes is another risk. Wankers.

Re: Theses Drones At Gatwick
I don't like Gatwick at all proper package holiday airport with 1 time a year flyers.Taking selfies with too much baggage getting in my way.

I am one irritable take no shit flyer when i walk into an airport

Re: Theses Drones At Gatwick
Stray bullets. Get someone who can shoot straight then.
I am sure one of you lot will put me right about this but how far away can you be to fly one of these things over Gatwick, they must be able to find the fuckers responsible, they can't be that far away, can they?

And they are shooting up at these things with no planes flying, are they worried about hitting a bird. I have images of the police trying to get them with very long poles with little nets on them. FFS

Gatwick is gross, like Lakeside with a runway.

Re: Theses Drones At Gatwick
Gatwick is a far friendlier airport than Heathrow.
